Yes. ReframeFX estimates the xeconds you will be charged before a render using clip duration, input FPS, target FPS, and interpolation factor.
Does the upload estimator spend credits?
No. Uploading and probing a clip for an estimate does not create a render job or deduct xeconds.
Can I render the same uploaded clip after estimating?
Yes. The estimate upload stages a private project file so you can continue to the studio and render it.
